SMS Terms of Service

1. Program Description
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from Body of Bliss LLC ("we," "our," "us") related to appointment reminders, booking confirmations, promotions, special offers, and order updates. Message frequency may vary.
2. Opt-In
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from Body of Bliss LLC. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
How to opt in:
You may opt in to receive text messages from us by:
Providing your phone number when booking an appointment through our online booking system (Vagaro), or
Texting a designated keyword to our number, or
Providing verbal or written consent in-store.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder for the phone number provided and that you are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number.
3. Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

5. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies. All charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
6. Supported Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our text messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers; however, availability is not guaranteed for all carriers or devices.
7. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including your phone number and consent status. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Depending on your interactions with us, you may receive text messages regarding:
Appointment reminders and confirmations
Booking and scheduling updates
Promotions, discounts, and special offers
Order and purchase updates
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date." Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
